The Hays, Kansas story and document for us all to learn from

Jul 26th, 2016

Strong Towns, one of our favorite organizations and one we continuously learn from, posted this case study from Hays, Kansas.  Chuck Mahron of Strong Towns  had visited there and shared the Strong Towns approach to analysis.  What drives revenue?  What drives costs?  In the words of the City Manager, the result was a paradigm shift.   We might all learn something from this document, which is not long, big on images and tells a powerful story.
